Cancellation Policy
📌 FOTOWALK STUDIO – Booking Policy We value your trust and strive to make our booking process clear and transparent. Please read the following policies before confirming your booking. 1. General Terms All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event/shoot date. By booking with FOTOWALKSTUDIO, you agree to the terms listed below. --- 2. Wedding Photography & Filmmaking Booking Confirmation: Secured with a non-refundable advance. Cancellation: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event – 50% of the paid amount (excluding advance) may be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event – no refund. Rescheduling: Allowed if requested at least 15 days before the event, subject to availability. Late requests (less than 15 days) may incur an additional fee of 20% of the package value. --- 3. Pre-Wedding Photography & Filmmaking Booking Confirmation: Secured with a non-refundable advance. Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the shoot – 50% of the paid amount (excluding advance) may be refunded. Cancellations made within 15 days of the shoot – no refund. Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed free of charge if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional reschedules or late requests may attract extra charges. --- 4. Engagement Photography & Filmmaking Booking Confirmation: Secured with a non-refundable advance. Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event – 50% of the paid amount (excluding advance) may be refunded. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event – no refund. Rescheduling: Permitted if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to slot availability. Late rescheduling requests may require an additional fee. --- 5. Studio-Initiated Cancellation In the rare case FOTOWALKSTUDIO must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund (including advance) will be issued, or an alternate professional will be arranged with client approval. --- 6. Additional Conditions 1. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15 business days. 2. Prices are valid for the booked date only. Rescheduled bookings may reflect updated pricing. 3. FOTOWALKSTUDIO is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other external factors beyond control. 4. Clients are encouraged to confirm dates well in advance to ensure availability.
